#48 JR QUINAHAN (Center)
Team: Powerade Tigers
Birth date: May 8, 1984
Birth Place:
Height: 6-6
Weight:
Draft (Year): 2007 - 7th overall (Alaska)
College / University:
He was Alaska’s first round pick in the 2007 Draft, 7th overall, but never got the chance to settle in as he bounced around early in the league. He was traded to Air21 and Talk ‘N Text before returning to the Express in a trade during the off season. The burly 26-year-old banger played a total of 36 games and averaged 2.1 points and 1.8 rebounds per game, something expected from a player who was just given 7.1 minutes of exposure per game. Quinahan’s return to the Express makes their frontline formidable especially with the entry of Baclao and Al-Hussaini.
