A second round pick in the 2007 Draft, Arana has blossomed into an all-around player. Although he’s known for his pesky defense, the 6-1 guard-forward had displayed his other skill last season, scoring, as he improved his average to a career-high 9.2 ppg with a personal best 24 points. Arana played all of the team’s 51 games and contributed 3.6 rebounds and 1.6 assists. Coach Caloy Garcia likes his defensive intensity that’s why he’s keeping him in the rotation. His being a multi-dimensional player should boost his stock all the more
