Rain or Shine was lucky to have him in the second round as the former Letran star was taken No. 15 overall. Not a surprise to some who knew Jazul siffered a serious injury while playing for the Knights in the NCAA. But the Elasto Painters are taking the risk as they need another scoring guard which can relieve Sol Mercado at the No. 2 spot. The 5-11 former Smart Gilas member can play either 1 or 2 and should be considered a steal in the second round.
